Effects of powerful electromagnetic radiation on crystalline and magnetic structure of thin iron films

Description
Effects of electromagnetic radiation on properties of thin iron films prepared by electron-beam evaporation in 2-10-5mm Hg vacuum on glass and sitall substrates are studied. The films crystalline and magnetic structures were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis and Moessbauer spectroscopy. Reproducibility of magnetic structure parameters for the films with substrate treated by visible light after 2 years ageing is much higher than for films prepared on untreated substrates. 4 refs.; 2 figs
