Thermally stimulated currents in CdS irradiated with electrons of 60 to 600 keV

Description
Thermally stimulated currents were measured in CdS irradiated with electrons of 60, 150, 200, 300, and 600 keV, respectively. Irradiation at and above 150 keV produces defects which increase TSC in magnitude around 120, 150, and 220 K, and irradiation at and above 300 kV produces other defects acting as killer center. The former and the latter effects result from the displacement of sulfur and cadmium atoms, respectively. (author)
