Numerical determination of one-dimensional vibrational potential functions using electron diffraction data

Description

An approximation expression relating one-dimentional vibrational potential with statistic density of coordinate distribution probability is obtained and provides accurate results when temperature tends to zero and infinity. This expression is used as a basis for the method of nonparametric determination of potential function form from experimental electron diffraction data.The method is used to determine vibrational potential of iodine molecule
