An alternative approach to the proof of unitarity for gauge theories

Description
The proof of unitarity for gauge theories involving a Faddeev-Popov ghost is revisited. The existence of a generrator F of the Slanov transformation is assumed. The subspace of the unphysical one-particle states is that spanned by f. Under the assumption that F is conserved and obeys the condition F2 = 0, that the unphysical states do not contribute to the unitarity equation restricted to the physical subspace
