Description
The behavior of a plasma in electric and magnetic fields containing random components is considered. Kinetic equations for the electron and ion distribution functions averaged over the fluctuations are derived. A complete set of kinetic coefficients in the hydrodynamic equations for a plasma is determined by taking fluctuations into account. The diffusion of a plasma in both straight and toroidal configurations of the magnetic field is considered on the basis of these equations
