Synthesis, thermoluminescence and structural properties of phosphor doped with Dy3+

Description
Here in TL glow curve analysis and its kinetic parameters are calculated using CGCD techniques. The TL glow curve recorded for variable gamma exposure time. It is found that the TL intensity increases with increasing dose and it shows linear response with dose so it may be useful for dosimetric purpose. Also phosphors are characterized by XRD and SEM analysis. Kinetic parameters are calculated using CGCD technique and it is found that phosphor shows second order of kinetics. (author)
