Calculation of the double differential cross sections and secondary neutron energy spectra for 238U (n, n') reaction

Description
The evaporation model including the preequilibrium statistical theory based on the exciton model is adopted and is used to calculate the double differential cross sections and secondary neutron energy spectra. The calculation for 238U(n, n') shows that the model can reproduce the experimental data of differential cross sections nicely except for the higher outgoing energies
