Magneto-optical investigations on intrinsic acceptors in GaAs

Description
Magneto-optical and ODESR (optically detected electron spin resonance) investigations in semi-insulating and p-type as-grown GaAs will be presented. They show the presence of intrinsic acceptors, their relevance to the compensation mechanism of semi-insulating GaAs will be discussed. (author) 10 refs., 4 figs
