Creators

Description
The methods used to extract the W mass by the four experiments at LEP 2 are reviewed: (a) at threshold (161 GeV) by the measurement of the W+W- cross section and (b) at 172 GeV by event reconstruction. The first results from each experiment are presented and problem areas highlighted. (author)
