Some software issues in mapping of power distribution feeders

This paper is about the in-house developed software for distribution feeders mapping project. It first gives birds eye view of the project, highlight its technical complexity in management and logistics, introduced by sheer size of the project. It gives an overview of the software developed and the moves on to describe circuit tracing, circuit model, leaves isolation (for tree structured network) and backtracking in more detail among many different parts of software, description of all which is not possible because of space limitations.
