Solid solutions in PbTiOsub(3)-A(Scsub(1/2)Nbsub(1/2))Osub(3)(A-Ba,Sr) systems

Description
For more precise definition of the values of the Tsub(c) Curie point of the Ba(Scsub(1/2)Nbsub(1/2))Osub(3) and Sr(Scsub(1/2)Nbsub(1/2)Osub(3) compounds solid solutions on the base of a known PbTiO3 ferroelectric in the PbTiO3-Sr (Scsub(1/2)Nbsub(1/2))Osub(3) and PbTiO3-Ba(Scsub(1/2)Nbsub(1/2))Osub(3) are studied. As a result of radiographic, dielectric and piezoelectric parameter measurements the absence in the bound with the emergence of spontaneous-polarized state in the 77-800 K range has been found. For elucidating epsilon(T) anomalies near 800 K in the PbTiO3-Sr(Scsub(1/2)Nbsub(1/2))Osub(3) system, an additional investigation is required
