Description
After decommissioning of nuclear facilities, soil in site used to be found contaminated by radioactive nuclides from working of its operation or decommissioning process. Because while the contaminated soil produced this way has large volume, its contamination level would be very low, it can be disposed as a nonradiological industrial waste if its concentration can be reduced under clearance level. So it must be decontaminated under the clearance level. For the legal landfill, the soil concentration guideline for in-site landfill is suggested in this study by the computer code named RESRAD, that is used to evaluated the residual radiation
