The Minister Council decree about to agree to bring into the territory of Poland, to take away from the territory of Poland and to transit through this territory radioactive wastes of 27 April 2004
Description
The decree refers to conditions and procedures to agree to bring into the territory of poland, to take away from the territory of Poland and to transit through this territory radioactive wastes. The transport take place on the basis of standard documents which standards are part of the decree. The decree replaces the decree of November 2002 (Dz.U. no 215, item 1817, of 17 Dec 2002)
