Description
The purpose of this Act is to implement international agreements on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and in particular, to prevent the transfer of materials, equipment and technological data likely to be used for non-peaceful purposes. Therefore each transfer of this type is subject to prior authorisation by the Minister responsible for energy, after consultation with an advisory committee made up of representatives of the Ministries concerned (NEA)
