Experimental study on in-situ drilling leaching reverse pumping slurry

Description

At present in domestic there is no mature reverse pumping slurry cementing technology. To improve borehole water slurry cementing quality, a closed bottled plunger valve reverse grouting device was designed, by threads connecting above the well pipe filters. Grouting process, grouting pipe is down-passed from well pipe and connects with valve core. The grouting pipe presses the spring by its weight and opens the valve, by grouting pipe, valve reverse grouting device, the slurry starts reverse outside the well tube grouting. Ending grouting, grouting pipe, grouting valve close automatic and reset. Field reverse grouting test, a hole is grouted, grouting depth is 140 m, injecting cement is 5.3 tons. The results show that the reverse grouting method is feasible, the grouting effect is good, reverse grouting device is safe and reliable, and easy to use. (authors)
