Temperature gradient sensor on the base of carbon nano tubes

Description
The thin-film temperature gradient sensor on the base of carbon nano tubes composite and silicate binding was studied. The voltage and Seebeck coefficients of sensor depending on temperature were evaluated. Schematic diagram of temperature gradient sensor on the base of carbon nano tubes is presented in this work. Volt-ampere characteristics of sensor at different temperatures were considered.
