Report on the 1995 operation of reactor LVR-15

The following activities were associated with the operation of the reactor in 1995: irradiation of a BWR water loop and probes; reactor power increase to 10 MW; start of permanent operation; use of fuel from the Skoda reactor; start of transition to 36% enrichment fuel; experimental fueling using 2 assemblies with 36% enrichment; preparation of documentation for transition to 36% enrichment fuel; installation of new equipment (facility for Si crystals, reactor information system, attachment for neutron capture therapy); modification of the RSV-3 water loop; start-up of a new high-level radioactive waste storage facility and start of transport of spent fuel from the reactor to this facility
