Newer developments in radiopharmacy: radiopharmacokinetics

This article gives a general introduction to radiopharmacokinetics. Models are described for the prediction of a drug's biodistribution in single individuals and the identification of those patients in whom a particular drug will be therapeutically affective. An eight compartment model was mentioned as the model with the best fit. (Auth.)
