A detector of superhard photons using aligned single crystals

Description
The effects of considerable amplification of the pair production by photons and of radiation of charged particles in aligned single crystals are suggested to use for the creation of a comparatively simple ultrahigh-energy photon detector (ω<100 GeV) with high angular resolution. (orig.)
