Description
Applicability of generalized parameters of optimization, in particular, difference in catalytic and noncatalytic reaction rates, when searching for optimal conditions in kinetic methods of analysis, is shown. Simplex optimization with the use of the generalized parameter permits to decrease limit of Mo(6) detection by means of iodide reaction with hydrogen peroxide approximately three times in comparison with the result of optimization using total factor experiments with partial parameters. Reproducibility and selectivity of the method under the conditions found and recommended earlier coincide
