Superoxide dismutase activity under the effect of UV light

Description
The effect of UV light (240-390 nm) with dose range 1.51-30.2x102 J/m2 on the functional propertys of superoxide dismutase was investigated at various pH values. Photoactivation was shown to be maximum at pH values extreme for the display of superoxide dismutase activity
