Analysis of some networks of interfacial dislocations

Description
Certain particular aspects of intergranular dislocations are investigated. It is shown that the recombination and dissociation of these dislocations are necessary to explain the intergranular structures. First, electron microscopy observations are discussed, then it is demonstrated that the boundary geometrical model leads to intergranular structures similar to those obtained from energetic models

On a etudie certains aspects particuliers des dislocations intergranulaires. On montre que la recombinaison et la dissociation de ces dislocations sont necessaires pour rendre compte des structures intergranulaires. En premier, on examine comment les observations en microscopie electronique peuvent etre interpretees, puis on montre que le modele geometrique des joints conduit a des structures intergranulaires similaires a celles obtenues par des modeles energetiquesFiles
