Excitation of nuclei at positron annihilation
Description
An analysis is carried out for the experimental and the theoretical works on study of excitation 103Rh, sup(107, 109)Ag, sup(111, 113)Cd, sup(113, 115)In, 176Lu and 197Au nuclei at annihilation of positrons with atomic electrons. This analysis exposed a large disagreement between the theory and the experiment. A perspective application of the positron beams is shown for nuclear spectroscopy and for other studies
