According to the public participation requirements for project environmental impact assessment in laws and regulations, proposed public participation program of utilization nuclear technology project environmental impact assessment to ensure the successful completion of the environmental impact assessment work. Using the method: Survey of the construction project environmental impact assessment requirements for public participation laws and regulations , to determine the scope of the need for public participation in nuclear technology projects, public areas, the main content of public participation, public participation in work programs. The main results are: Consider the convenience of public participation, operability, combined with practical work experience in public participation, given the relevant laws and regulations to meet national requirements for public participation program. Final conclusion: Public participation has become an important part of the environmental impact assessment, public participation program is easy to operate, not only can ensure the successful completion of its environmental impact assessment work, but also can effectively reduce the incidence of environmental group events.
