Report
Theory for ion number density calculated from the saturation ion probe current at intermediate pressures 0.2-3.0 torr in argon
Creators
- 1. Department of Experimental Physics, Komensky University, Bratislava (Czechoslovakia)
Description
An approximate theory was derived for the ion probe current and the results were compared with both collisionless and collision-dominated theories and with the electron number density calculated from the discharge current
