Description

The potentialities of gas chromatography in the analysis of compounds uniformly labelled with carbon-14 are demonstrated on the determinations of radiochemical and chemical purity and specific activity of fatty acids-14C(U) and amino acids-14C(U). The problems connected with sample preparation, separation of complex mixtures, radioactivity measurement and estimation of radiochromatograms are discussed
