Optical spectra of Bi4Ge3O12-Nd and Bi4Si3O12-Nd crystals
Description
Absorption and luminescence spectra of the basic Nd3+ terms were studied in Bi4Si3O12-Nd and Bi4Ge3O12-Nd crystals grown by the Czochralski method at the temperatures of 4.2, 77 and 300 K. The empiric schemes of sup(4)Isub(9/2) → sup(2)Psub(1/2), sup(4)Isub(9/2) reversible sup(4)Fsub(3/2), sup(4)Fsub(3/2) → sup(4)Isub(11/2) transitions are constructed
