The switch effect in the monocrystals TiInS2 irradiated by gamma-quanta

Description
Full text : The influence of gamma-irradiation to the static VAC and to the electric conductivity of the monocrystals iInS2 with hexagonal modification has been investigated. It has been obtained that the changing of conductivity in monocrystals TiInS2 irradiated by gamma-quantum at the temperature 300 K take place due to decay of opposite charged of dipol type radiation defects. As a result the independent r-center and donor have been formed. It has been established that the monocrystals TiInS2 with these defects had switch properties
