Thermodynamic calculation of yttrium-oxygen phase diagram

Description

Thermodynamic analysis of Y-O system is conducted on the base of experimental data available. Thermodynamic models of phases of the system are selected and its phase diagram is calculated. The set of parameters obtained can be used to calculate phase equilibria in large-dimension systems with Y-O one as their component. 18 refs.; 2 figs
