Operational characteristics of a pressurised Van de Graaff generator

Detailed investigations on the operational characteristics of a pressurised Van de Graaff Generator were undertaken. The input and transfer characteristics, distribution of currents, and the terminal voltage and its load characteristics were studied at different nitrogen gas pressures upto 751b/in2 g. (author)
