Hexadecapole nuclear potential for non-axial shapes

Description
Parametrization of the hexadecapole deformation is generalized to non-axial shapes. It is given in a form directly applicable to a construction of the Woods-Saxon and the Nilsson single-particle potentials corresponding to such shapes. The Nilsson potential is given explicitly. (author)
