Environmental digest for Wales

An updated publication containing several sources of information on the Welsh environment is given. Data are presented in tabulated form for 1986/87 and often for the previous ten years or more on topics such as land use and human activity, water pollution, air pollution and radioactive contamination of environmental materials mainly from Welsh nuclear power stations. In the appendix, data are also presented for radiation doses received by man in Wales during the first year following the Chernobyl reactor accident. (UK)
