Solvent-extraction spectral analysis of cadmium, tellurium, mercury and cadmium-mercury telluride (CMT) with solvent extraction of matrices by organic sulfides

Description

Solvent extraction spectral methods for high purity cadmium, tellurium and mercury analysis with extraction of the base by organic sulfides are proposed. Conditions allowing one to extract simultaneously cadmium, tellurium and mercury for chemico-spectral analysis of cadmium-mercury telluride, are chosen. 25 microimpurities are determined in cadmium with 5x10-5-5x10-8% detection limits, 24 ones with 3x10-5-5x10-8% detection limits - in tellurium, 23 ones with 3x10-5-2x10-8% detection limits - in mercury and 21 microimpurity with 3x10-4-3x10-7% detection limits - in CMT. Relative standard deviations equal to 0.10-0.30
