Quality control and calibration of instruments for radiotherapy
Description
The general procedure for calibration of local standards and field instruments is presented and the uncertainties involved in each step of the calibration chain are calculated. The set-up and results of a quality assurance programme for Co-60 therapy units in Belgium are also discussed. (Author)
