Dynamic variation of space charged particle count rate inside satellite cabin

Description

Data of charged particle count rate inside Chinese satellite cabin have been obtained by two G-M counters and recorders in 1996. The satellite stayed in the space for 15 days. Among 80 thousands data up to 80% count rates were less than 150/min, only 2% more than 500/min. The highest count rate was 6 x 103 /min. The count rates varied periodically with flying time, the period was about 45 min, the range was 0∼200 /min and there were 4∼5 groups data per day of high count rates. The average dose rate was 0.179 mGy/d inside the cabin
