Parametric information capacity of radiation beams and selection of radiation source energy in a radiometric system

Description

The method is suggested for the quantitative comparison of contributions of parametric channels into the total informativity of a radiometric system with the help of the Fisher information quantities in the process of detecting unscattered radiation flux. The condition of the highest informativity is used to derive the oprimal energy of the radiation source in the radiometric system
