Description
The EMP Protective Systems report presents a description of representative problems and solutions associated with providing protection against nuclear electromagnetic pulse for communication facilities. The protection techniques shown for the Emergency Operating Centers (usually small radio and telephone communication facilities) of the Defense Civil Preparedness Agency are applicable to many facilities.
