Harmonic oscillatory potential and fission rate at large friction constant

Description
The fission potential, the fission rate and the probability distribution are calculated by solving extensive smoluchowski equation. This potential is compared with the smoothly-connected harmonic oscillatory potential and the fission rate is compared with that given by Kramers
