Synthesis and properties of new manganese-containing stabilized cuprates with an anion-deficient perovskite structure

Description
New manganese-containing cuprate with the structure of anion-deficit perovskite Ln4BaCu5-yMnyO13 (Ln = Pr, Nd) are stabilized by method of selective doping cation positions; their structural characteristics are investigated. Electrophysical properties of stabilized compounds, and earlier synthesized solid solutions Ln6-ySi2+yCu8-yMnyO20 (Ln = La, Pr) are studied in the 77-1073 K range. Temperature dependence of specific resistance in the 200-1073 K range is described by thermal activated mechanism. At low temperatures the dependence is interpreted in the context of three-dimensional model of jump conductivity with variable length of free path

Методом селективного допирования катионных позиций стабилизированы новые марганецсодержащие купраты со структурой анионодефицитного перовскита Ln4BaCu5-yMnyO13 (Ln = Pr, Nd); исследованы их структурные характеристики. Изучены электрофизические свойства стабилизированных соединений, а также синтезированных ранее твердых растворов Ln6-ySi2+yCu8-yMnyO20 (Ln = La, Pr) в интервале 77-1073 К. Температурная зависимость удельного сопротивления в области 200-1073 К описывается термически активированным механизмом. При низких температурах зависимость интерпретируется в рамках трехмерной модели прыжковой проводимости с переменной длиной свободного пробегаAdditional details
