Spacer device for tubes in triangular configuration in the horizontal beam of a heat exchanger

The device consists of an undulated carrier band in whose bends tubular spacers are placed. The band engages a radial recess in the spacer. The centre of the bottom, or the top, bend of the carrier band coincides with that of the tube placed in the bend. The device allows to assemble the horizontal tube bundle in the heat exchanger of horizontal steam generators of nuclear power plants while maintaining a defined space between tubes in rows and between rows.It also allows wash with water during steam generation, it levels up the course of temperature along the tube wall circumference and eliminates spaces in which salt might be deposited.
