Indium diffusion and solubility in CdSb

Using the method of layer-by-layer radiometric analysis established is the character of concentrational distribution of 114In isotope in CdSb crystals, subjected to diffusion annealing in vacuum and in cadmium vapours. Diffusion parameters and maximum. In solubility in the temperature range of 370-720 K are found. The most probable diffusion mechanisms are determined
