Description

Possibility of solid-phase extraction (SPE) application for extraction, concentrating and purification of the aimed component and for separation of similar rare elements. It is possible two variants of SPE: extracted compound is soluble in extractant completely; solid residue is formed after treatment with extractant. Flowsheets are presented of separation of zirconium and hafnium, vanadium extraction from alumovanadium sludges of titanium production, vanadium extraction from slimes of alumina production, scandium extraction from chloride melts of titanium and zirconium production

Abstract (Russian)

Изучена возможность применения твердофазной экстракции (ТФЭ) для извлечения, концентрирования и очистки целевого компонента и для разделения близких по свойствам редких элементов. Возможны два варианта проведения ТФЭ: экстрагируемое химическое соединение полностью растворимо в экстрагенте; после обработки экстрагентом образуется твердый остаток. Представлены схемы разделения циркония и гафния, извлечения ванадия из алюмованадиевых кеков титанового производства, извлечения ванадия из шламов глиноземного производства, извлечения скандия из плава хлоридов титанового и циркониевых производств
