Description

By means of an example for which the effective potential is explicitly calculable (up to the one loop approximation), it is discussed how a phase transition takes place as the temperature is increased and pass from spontaneously broken symmetry to a phase in which the symmetry is restored. Atraves de um exemplo pelo qual o potencial efetivo e explicitamente calculavel (ate a aproximacao de um 'loop'), discute-se como uma transicao de fase tem lugar quando aumenta-se a temperatura e passa-se de simetria espontaneamente quebrada para uma fase na qual a simetria e restaurada. (L.C.)
