Influence of irradiation defects on the thermal diffusivity, cooling constant and heat emission coefficient of TGS crystals

Description
Applying Angstroem's dynamical periodic heat wave method to irradiated TGS crystals the thermal diffusivity, cooling constant and heat emission coefficient in the three crystalografical directions /100/, /010/ and /001/ was determined. Relationship between those coefficients and X-ray dose was given. Radical concentration N created by X-ray irradiation was measured by JRP method. The mean linear dimension of distorted lattice regions equal to 6.4 nm was determined. (author)
