The electromagnetic penguin contribution to ε'/ε for large top quark mass

Description
We evaluate the electromagnetic penguin contribution to ε' under the assumption that the top quark mass can be large. We find a significant effect for top masses larger than the mass of the W. We also consider other operators which can affect the standard model prediction for ε'. (orig.)
