Electronic structure of superconducting ceramics and probable criterium of high temperature superconductivity in Y-Ba-Cu-O system

Description
The method of Xa-scattered waves and the method of X-ray electron spectroscopy are used to study the peculiarities of the electron structure of high-temperature superconducting La-Cu-O and Y-Ba-Cu-O systems. The correlation between the position of 4f0-levels of lanthanum and barium atoms relative to the Fermi energy and superconducting properties of these systems is found
