Program for evaluating multi-channel data from liquid scintillation measurements of single- and double-labelled samples

Description

A FORTRAN program for computer evaluation of LSC measurements performed on single- and double-labelled samples is described. This program offers the possibility of optimizing the evaluation by simulated variation of setting within a limited multiplicity of settings. The program is explained on the basis of some optimization criteria. (author)

Abstract (German)

Es wird ein FORTRAN-Programm zur EDV-Auswertung von LSC-Messungen einfach und doppelt markierter Proben beschrieben. Dieses Programm bietet die Möglichkeit, durch simulierte Einstellungsänderungen in einer beschränlnkten Mannig-faltigkeit von Einstellungen die Auswertung zu optimieren. Das Programm wird auf der Grundlage einiger in dieser Arbeit diskutierter Optimierungskriterien erlāutert.
