Simultaneous fit for forward and backward pion--nucleon charge-exchange scattering

Description
In a previous paper, we proposed a dual resonance model for meson-baryon scattering. It is shown here that this model can account for the existing high-energy pion-nucleon charge-exchange scattering data.
