Description

Superconducting active antennas are very useful in space et al. The SC active antennas are new types of antennas, the fundamentals of which consist of material properties of high Tc superconductors and structural properties of antennas. The thin films for SC active antennas are produced by magnetron (plasma) method. The detectivities of SC active antennas are sensitive to the thin films, the productions of which relate to properties of magnetron plasmas, therefore the relations of magnetron plasmas to SC active antennas are very important.
