Description

The heat treatment effect of the phase composition and the superconductive critical temperature of a ceramic Er-Ba-Cu-O compound obtained by the self-extended high-temperature synthesis method is investigated (X-ray diffraction, Tc measurement). A clear orthorhombic phase with Tc=93,5 K was formed after 900 deg C annealing during 2-15 h. Increasing annealing time to 20 h resulted in a degradation of the superconducting phase
